A beautiful day for grouse hunting, bagged 2 grouse and 2 woodcock
Wednesday night dinner, a 10 lb pork butt cooking in the La Caja China. Thursday night prime rib on the menu
Friday night appetizers was grouse and woodcock wrapped in bacon cooked on the open fire
The Friday night main course was the old original boy scout dinner, hamburger patty with carrots, potato's, onion and mushroom wrapped in aluminum foil.
Saturday morning was tear down camp and get loaded for the trip home.
