St. Patrick's Day Special

A St. Patrick's Day special lunch prepared by son Daniel "The Drunken Gourmet". A "Smoked Corn Beef Taco". The corn beef smoked by himself, placed on a hand-made tortilla with shredded Napa cabbage, swiss cheese, onion, red pepper, shredded carrot simmered in white wine vinegar and topped with thousand island dressing. Topped off with a tall cold glass of "Point Special Beer"

Brooks Lake Losge. Dan and I with friends Mike and Sherry from Sleepy eye, MN. Super people. We met these folks here last year at the same time. Rode back to Togwotee with them in the afternoon after a great lunch.
