A St. Patrick's Day special lunch prepared by son Daniel "The Drunken Gourmet". A "Smoked Corn Beef Taco". The corn beef smoked by himself, placed on a hand-made tortilla with shredded Napa cabbage, swiss cheese, onion, red pepper, shredded carrot simmered in white wine vinegar and topped with thousand island dressing. Topped off with a tall cold glass of "Point Special Beer"
