Meeting Victoria Houston

On July 19th I attended the Squaw Lake Association dinner/meeting at the Lake of the Torches Casino. I had the pleasure of sitting next to the guest speaker Victoria Houston who I have followed for years. I believe I have read all her books. Victoria is the author of the Loon Lake Mystery Series, stories all based on this regions fishing culture.

Daughter Amy's New Concrete Walks and Patio

On Monday July 14 I and my friend Bob from Quality North Concrete drove to my Daughters home in Baraboo to build her a new sidewalk around her house.

The old sidewalk was removed and a new one was formed up and ready for concrete coming on Wed.
New concrete poured Wed morning.
